spectralbrain.load_gifti_surface#

spectralbrain.load_gifti_surface(path)[source]#

Load a GIfTI surface file.

Parameters:

path (PathLike) – Path to .surf.gii.

Returns:

  • vertices (ndarray, shape (N, 3))

  • faces (ndarray, shape (F, 3))

Return type:

tuple[ndarray[tuple[Any, …], dtype[floating]], ndarray[tuple[Any, …], dtype[int64]]]
